**Job Title** Marketing Manager EU & Africa **Role Summary** Plan, execute and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns across the EU and Africa for Food & Nutrition and Food Service divisions. Drive demand generation, lead qualification and pipeline growth while aligning with regional sales, global marketing and business unit goals. **Expectations** - Deliver target volumes of qualified leads and measurable ROI for all campaigns. - Maintain up‑to‑date campaign performance dashboards and provide actionable insights. - Foster close collaboration with regional sales, global marketing and business unit leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales tools. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for EU & Africa, leveraging digital (SEO, SEM, email, social), print and partner channels. - Own campaign performance: track, analyse and report results by channel to stakeholders. - Coordinate with global marketing for branding and messaging adaptation to local market needs. - Create and distribute sales enablement assets that support sales strategy. - Conduct ongoing customer research, competitor monitoring and market segmentation activities. - Manage local agencies for content and creative production. - Support sales at key events and account‑level opportunities. - Continuously identify and propose new marketing initiatives or channel partnerships. - Maintain campaign schedules and production pipelines using project management tools. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years experience in multi‑channel demand‑generation in a matrixed environment. - Strong project management, organisational and time‑management abilities. - Advanced digital marketing proficiency: SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, marketing automation. - Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data reporting. - Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Asana or similar automation and workflow platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills. - Fluency in English and French; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, etc.) a plus. - Ability to interpret cultural nuances and adapt campaigns to diverse regional markets. - Team player with strong stakeholder‑management and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (equivalent experience accepted). - Proven track record of executing successful digital and integrated campaigns. ---
