Job Title: Sales Assistant Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and customer‑service support to the sales team of a luxury home community. Manage sales center operations, coordinate documentation, facilitate mortgage processes, and deliver a premium customer experience from first visit through move‑in. Expectations: - Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail. - Exhibit positive, professional demeanor and build instant rapport with customers. - Collaborate effectively across sales, online, and construction departments. - Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar and concise messaging. - Support daily sales operations and contribute to achieving community sales goals.
