Job Description
**Job title**: VP of Sales **Role Summary** Lead and drive the sales function for senior living communities, ensuring occupancy, revenue, and quality experience goals are met. Provide strategic oversight, training, and process improvement for the sales and community relations teams, while collaborating with senior executives to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed sales, occupancy, and revenue targets. - Deliver consistent, high‑quality sales experience across all inquiries, deposits, and new residents. - Build a high‑performing, technology‑savvy sales team with clear KPIs. - Foster continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM usage, and community turnover operations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Sales Team Management** – Indirectly supervise Connections team members; provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management. 2. **CRM & Lead Management** – Act as Mather trainer for the CRM platform; review lead generation trends, adjust strategies, and ensure effective conversion and contact strategies. 3. **Process Oversight** – Monitor and refine sales processes to adapt to changing prospect base; maintain efficient, scalable procedures. 4. **Community Turnover & Experience** – Partner with GMs and Executives to streamline move‑in processes, uphold community standards, and conduct post‑move‑in reviews. 5. **Data & Dashboard Analysis** – Track monthly and weekly sales dashboards; report on productivity and conversion metrics; recommend improvements. 6. **Marketing Collaboration** – Work with headquarters marketing to design and measure PR/marketing campaigns; ensure alignment with sales goals. 7. **Quality Assurance & Process Improvement** – Establish, operationalize, and sustain a QA/continuous improvement program for the sales team and community relations activities. **Required Skills** - Proven sales management experience with a track record of meeting/ exceeding targets. - Personal sales experience in a service‑oriented environment. - Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital sales tools. - Business acumen and strategic thinking. - Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). ---
