Director of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the marketing function for senior‑living communities, driving full‑funnel B2C lead generation, occupancy, and brand awareness through integrated digital, direct‑mail, and partnership campaigns.
**Expectations**
* Deliver measurable growth in leads and occupancy rates.
* Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

* Collaborate with sales, operations, PR, and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales and occupancy goals.
* Design and execute integrated campaigns (email, social, video, direct mail, advertising).
* Oversee content creation, storytelling, and brand storytelling strategies.
* Analyze campaign performance, produce metrics reports, and recommend optimizations.
* Lead creative concepts, copywriting, and collateral production ensuring alignment with objectives.
* Manage and adjust marketing budgets to meet financial targets.
* Support outreach, community events, and sales collateral initiatives.
* Coordinate with PR to produce press releases and media outreach.
* Implement and maintain a Quality Assurance process for marketing deliverables.
**Required Skills**
* 7+ years in marketing management, preferably in hospitality, senior living, real‑estate, health‑care, or related sectors.
* Expertise in full‑funnel B2C marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
* Strong analytical, planning, and budget management abilities.
* Advanced copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and marketing platforms (CRM, HubSpot, SproutSocial or similar).
* Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to handle confidential information.
* Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple concurrent projects.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years marketing management experience.
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.) is essential.
* Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or project management are a plus.
