Job title: Senior Programme Test Manager
Role Summary: Senior test lead responsible for full SITS, end‑to‑end (E2E), integration and data‑migration testing across large transformation programmes. Works in multi‑vendor, integration‑heavy environments across energy, non‑profit, and credit‑card/payments sectors. Owns quality governance, stakeholders, and executive‑level reporting.
Expectations: Proven senior programme test leadership; strong consultancy mind‑set; experience with Salesforce, integration platforms (Boomi, Mulesoft), Dynamics 365, large data‑heavy transformations; domain knowledge in energy, non‑profit or credit‑card/payments (role‑dependent); Portuguese & English fluency for Portugal role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end‑to‑end testing strategy and execution for SIT, E2E, integration, and data‑migration.
- Lead multi‑platform integration testing across Salesforce, UMAX, Gorilla, AMT/FLUI, Mulesoft, Boomi, Dynamics, and payment infrastructure.
- Own performance/non‑functional testing oversight, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at senior and executive levels, providing status, risk, and quality reporting.
- Oversee vendor delivery, ensuring test deliverables, schedules, and quality meet contractual standards.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, testing standards, and KPI reporting.
- Champion the test manager’s role as the senior face of the consulting practice on high‑value programmes.
Required Skills:
- Advanced test management and E2E testing expertise.
- Integration testing experience across multi‑service platforms (Salesforce, Boomi, Mulesoft, Dynamics).
- Data‑migration test leadership and data quality assurance.
- Performance and non‑functional test planning and execution.
- Executive‑level stakeholder and vendor management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese fluency required for payment‑card programmes.
- Knowledge of regulatory controls for credit‑card processing (for Portugal role).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Test‑management certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, CSM, PMP, or equivalent highly preferred.
- Domain‑specific certifications (e.g., PSP for payment industry) are a plus.
