**Job Title** Strategy Analyst (12‑month FTC) **Role Summary** Analyze competitive dynamics and market opportunities within the entertainment industry to inform senior leadership and board decision‑making. Translate data into strategic recommendations, support cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver high‑impact presentations. **Expectations** - Deliver actionable insights that shape the growth strategy of the streaming platform. - Maintain rigorous, data‑driven analyses that influence board discussions and executive decisions. - Collaborate closely with research, business intelligence, and cross‑functional teams to prioritize initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Track competitive landscape and generate insights for senior stakeholders. 2. Conduct commercial deep dives with research and BI teams via the Strategic Insights Forum. 3. Build financial models and scenario analyses for new business opportunities across the business. 4. Prepare and present findings, dashboards, and reports to the leadership team and Board of Directors. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy in media/entertainment, or investment banking. - Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. - Excellent problem‑solving and decomposition of complex issues. - Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. - Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European language a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. - MBA or advanced strategic certification is a differentiator but not mandatory.
