**Job Title:** AI Training Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI and Microsoft 365 training programs for professional services clients, primarily in the legal sector. Act as a strategic partner in business development, client engagement, and internal training quality assurance, while mentoring colleagues on emerging AI technologies.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver world‑class AI and Microsoft 365 training at global scale (virtual & in‑person).
- Maintain training content that reflects the latest AI developments and client needs.
- Drive repeat business through strong client relationships and proactive proposal support.
- Mentor junior trainers, ensuring consistent instructional quality across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Training Design & Development** – Create AI and Microsoft 365 curricula, workshops, and supporting materials tailored to client audiences and skill levels.
- **Training Delivery** – Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions worldwide, applying best practices in adult learning and virtual facilitation.
- **Client Engagement & Business Development** – Partner with Client Success to identify needs, design bespoke solutions, prepare proposals, and represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- **Training Operations** – Manage scheduling, bookings, and resource coordination to ensure seamless program execution.
- **Quality Assurance** – Update course documentation, monitor delivery standards, and align content with organizational guidelines.
- **Continuous Improvement & Strategic Collaboration** – Use feedback and metrics to refine programs, collaborate on expanding AI and Microsoft 365 offerings, and influence the strategic roadmap for emerging tech training.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI‑focused training programs.
- In‑depth knowledge of AI tools and techniques, including generative AI, LLMs, automation, data analysis, and prompt engineering.
- Solid understanding of AI applications within legal, professional, or corporate environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Microsoft 365 training programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Client‑orientated business development and proposal writing.
- Project management, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
**Required Education & Certifications (minimum):**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and/or Microsoft 365 Learning Path certification; AI‑related certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI, generative AI, or LLM specializations) preferred.
