Job Description

Job title: Software Engineer 3 – RPA Developer Role Summary: Senior RPA developer with 12+ years of software engineering experience, responsible for independently designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust RPA solutions for IT Administrative Applications using BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure services. Works within an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment to deliver high‑quality automation workflows that streamline business processes. Expectations: Long‑term contract engagement; must demonstrate strong judgment, self‑direction, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges autonomously. Proven track record in enterprise RPA initiatives and a deep understanding of end‑to‑end process automation, data integration, and system performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions with BluePrism and Power Automate. • Investigate, debug, and resolve automation issues across multiple platforms. • Analyze system flows, data usage, and business processes to identify automation opportunities. • Author system specifications, coding standards, and best‑practice documentation. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives). Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years of RPA development experience, including 4 + years with BluePrism. • Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and HTTP protocols. • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database interactions. • Experience building and consuming RESTful web services. • Familiarity with Azure cloud services related to RPA deployment and troubleshooting. Required Education & Certifications: • Advanced RPA certifications (BluePrism, Power Platform, or equivalent). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
