Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud‑native digital banking solutions using Microsoft technologies, Azure, and modern development practices.
Expectations: Deliver scalable, reliable code that complies with industry security standards, participate actively in Agile ceremonies, and continuously improve system performance and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and refactor Azure‑native microservices, containerized applications, and API‑first solutions.
- Develop front‑end and back‑end components with C#, .NET 10+, TypeScript, Angular, and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated test suites; manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PIPA, PIPEDA, ISO 27001, and other financial regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues; support deployments and post‑implementation monitoring.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay current on emerging financial technology (ISO 20022, FDX) and recommend innovations.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of full‑stack development experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Proficient in C#, .NET (10+), TypeScript, Angular, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Hands‑on Azure cloud architecture, container orchestration, microservices, and service mesh.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and containerized application environments.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and regulatory compliance in finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; collaborative in Agile settings.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure), security (e.g., ISO 27001), or Microsoft technologies are a plus.
