Job Description
Job Title: Industrial Account Manager Role Summary: Lead consultative sales and account management for industrial technology leasing and lifecycle solutions, focusing on material handling equipment, robotics, automation, and smart warehouse logistics. Serve as a trusted advisor, translating customer challenges into tailored financial products and ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. Expectations: • Drive new business growth in target sectors (MHE, robotics, automation, warehouse tech). • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, from warehouse managers to CFOs. • Deliver customized leasing proposals, negotiate contracts, and adapt solutions to evolving needs. • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and pursue new industrial business opportunities. - Develop and manage customer relationships as primary point of contact. - Translate customer needs into appropriate financial solutions and proposals. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for smooth implementation and exceptional service. - Negotiate contracts, manage terms, and adjust solutions as required. - Monitor opportunity pipelines, risks, and satisfaction metrics. - Maintain up‑to‑date CRM entries for accurate forecasting and reporting. Required Skills: - Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to create new opportunities. - Prior experience in a commercial, client‑facing role within industrial, logistics, fleet, machinery, or technical sectors. - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus. - Solid organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Resilience, growth‑oriented mindset, and positive attitude toward challenges. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in sales, project management, or industrial technology tools are preferred.
