**Job Title**
Senior Power Platform Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive administrative sanctions management application using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with functional experts and stakeholders to create a scalable, bilingual (French/Dutch) solution that integrates data migration, process automation, document generation, and citizen-facing portals while ensuring security, compliance, and governance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a fully functional, secure Power Platform solution within the project timeline.
- Maintain a bilingual, adaptable platform that meets local administration practices.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, data traceability, and robust security postures.
- Provide user training, training materials, and ongoing support.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Application Design** – Build model‑driven and canvas apps; define and model business entities in Dataverse.
2. **Automation & Integration** – Design Power Automate flows; create custom connectors, use REST APIs, webhooks; integrate third‑party services.
3. **Business Rules & Sanctions** – Configure logic, rule sets, and parameters for sanction management.
4. **Document & Communication** – Configure automated document generation, integrate sending channels, and maintain communication traceability.
5. **Citizen Portal & UX** – Design a portal for case consultation, online payments, and contestation tracking.
6. **Security & Governance** – Define security roles, access controls, and ensure GDPR compliance.
7. **Data Migration** – Lead migration of legacy data into Dataverse and ensure data quality.
8. **Training & Support** – Prepare user documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide corrective and preventive support.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3 years experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Excellent French language proficiency.
- Data modeling, reference management, and SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms (Azure AD, OAuth2).
- Strong collaboration, client‑centric mindset, and ability to explain platform constraints.
- Commitment to quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in public‑sector or regulated projects (sanctions, local taxes, national registries) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform – Developer Associate certification (preferred).
- Optional: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Azure AD/ADLS certifications.
