Job Description: Job Title: Front End Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to translate Figma UI designs into functional, high‑performance web components. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver consistent, quality user experiences. Expectations: - Demonstrate strong ownership of end‑to‑end component lifecycle. - Deliver clean, maintainable code that meets performance and accessibility standards. - Actively participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and Figma specifications to produce technical design documents. - Create custom LWCs using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript within Visual Studio Code. - Integrate LWCs with Salesforce data, Apex controllers, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Perform unit, integration, and performance testing; resolve defects. - Optimize component load times and overall performance. - Write and maintain detailed technical documentation. - Manage source code with Git, following branching and pull‑request workflows. - Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements. - Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Deploy components to Salesforce environments using Salesforce DX. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements post‑deployment. Required Skills: - 5+ years of front‑end development experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and web standards. - Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, and version control best practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Apex, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns. - Practical experience translating Figma designs into code. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred).
