Job Description: **Job title** Management Trainee – Internship (French & English Speaker) **Role Summary** Dynamic entry‑level position supporting the Director General to accelerate growth in France. Rotational exposure to sales, operations, finance, and strategy with focus on market expansion, process optimisation, and entrepreneurial projects. **Expections** - Full‑time internship, start ASAP, based in Paris 2nd arrondissement. - 3–12 month duration, hybrid work model. - Proactive, data‑driven, multi‑project management. - Excellent communication in French and English (written & oral). **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Sales & Customer Support** – Lead the end‑to‑end commercial cycle, convert leads, deliver high‑quality support, resolve issues. 2. **Commercial Operations** – Monitor daily departmental functions (sales, legal, operations, finance) to ensure seamless workflow. 3. **Market Expansion** – Conduct market research, analyse entry opportunities, develop go‑to‑market plans. 4. **Process Optimisation** – Coordinate cross‑functional teams to streamline internal processes and boost efficiency. 5. **Finance & Legal Support** – Assist in preparing financial reports, baseline compliance tasks, and contract management. 6. **Entrepreneurial Projects** – Own small initiatives, propose innovative ideas, drive contributions to company growth. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. - Project management with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM (Salesforce or similar) is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English. - Adaptability, curiosity, and a results‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field from a recognised university. - Prior internship or work experience in operations, consulting, or a startup environment is advantageous. ---
