Job Description
**Job title** CRM Intern – 6 Months **Role Summary** Assisting the CRM Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp for an e‑commerce and subscription business. **Expectations** - Master’s (M1/M2) student in marketing, business, or related field. - Prior internship or project experience in CRM campaign execution. - Comfortable with CRM platforms, data segmentation, and A/B testing. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, set‑up, and send targeted CRM campaigns from brief to delivery. - Develop re‑activation and anti‑churn initiatives. - Manage mobile channels (SMS, WhatsApp) and game‑contest sequences. - Configure and maintain CRM tool—segmentation, rules, and workflow settings. - Analyze campaign performance, produce reports, and recommend optimisations. - Update weekly and monthly dashboards, and conduct competitive CRM benchmarking. **Required Skills** - Proficient with CRM software and email marketing tools. - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Google Analytics. - Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision-making. - Creative eye for compelling copy and design concepts. - Collaborative team player with good communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master’s student (M1/M2) in Marketing, Management, or equivalent. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly valued.
