Job Description
**Job title**: Programme Manager **Role Summary** Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of early‑stage health‑innovation programmes (e.g., KQ Labs, TechBio Boost, PULSE, NG Studios). Coordinate end‑to‑end programme phases from outreach to Demo Day and alumni events, ensuring high‑quality participant experience and measurable impact within the UK health innovation ecosystem. **Expectations** - Full‑time, fixed‑term (1 yr) role. - Minimum 3 days/week in‑office. - Demonstrate core values: bold, open, collegial. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and close structured programmes, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. - Shape programme curriculum, workshop content, and delivery methods to maximise participant innovation and commercialisation readiness. - Build and maintain relationships with founders, mentors, investors, universities, and industry partners (e.g., BioIndustry Association). - Deliver engaging workshops, panels, and events; manage logistics for Demo Days, alumni gatherings, and outreach. - Facilitate mentorship and strategic networking for founders, aiding funding and scaling efforts. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless operations across teams and programme cohorts. - Track and report programme outcomes, refining strategies based on feedback and performance metrics. **Required Skills** - Proven program management experience in early‑stage scientific/health ventures. - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building. - Effective communication: presentation, facilitation, and written materials for diverse audiences. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and flexible to support events beyond standard working hours. **Required Education & Certifications** - MSc/PhD in life sciences, biomedical, data/computer science, or equivalent professional experience (desirable). - Knowledge of commercialisation or clinical validation pathways is an advantage. ---
