**Job title:** Vice President, Digital & Growth Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead and scale EcoVadis’ global revenue engine by translating commercial objectives into data‑driven digital growth strategies. Own global performance marketing, web experience, and martech execution while partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and RevOps. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable revenue growth through scalable digital initiatives. - Build a high‑performing, globally aligned growth marketing team. - Achieve disciplined experimentation, attribution, and forecasting that drive predictable pipeline expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define ICP and segmentation priorities with Sales and Product Marketing. - Build and execute a global growth marketing strategy aligned to commercial targets. - Own global channel strategy (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, ABM, SEO, SEM, AI‑led channels). - Lead a test‑and‑learn operating rhythm focused on conversion, targeting, personalization, and yield improvement. - Apply AI tools for content generation, audience modeling, predictive scoring, and creative optimization. - Own global website experience, CRO program, and experiment framework to improve engagement and funnel yield. - Develop forecasting models linking investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes; lead multi‑touch attribution and CAC/ROAS analysis. - Ensure data accuracy, dashboard integrity, and stakeholder visibility across Sales, Finance, MarOps/RevOps. - Define and align MarTech requirements, collaborate on tagging, tracking, automation, and analytics governance. - Champion continuous improvement through structured experimentation across channels and regions. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership in global digital and performance marketing. - Deep expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, and emerging AI channels. - Mastery of conversion rate optimization, web analytics, and experimentation methodologies. - Strong data analytics, forecasting, attribution, and KPI tracking skills. - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership. - Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and cross‑functional teams. - Familiarity with MarTech stack design, governance, and integration. - Proven ability to build, coach, and retain a high‑performing global team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). - Professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or data science (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, AdWords, or similar) are a plus.
