Job Description
**Job title** Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech) – Remote **Role Summary** Own the entire B2B sales cycle for a fast‑growing regtech platform. Drive new logo acquisition and ARR growth through cold hunting, inbound conversion, and open‑source customer expansion across mid‑market and enterprise fintech, banking, and crypto markets. **Expectations** - Deliver on new‑logo and ARR targets for the sales year. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline that yields 6‑figure deals and larger enterprise contracts. - Act as the primary point of contact for procurement cycles, from prospect to close. - Contribute to evolving sales playbooks and product positioning. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and close complex SaaS and on‑premise deals with banks, payment providers, and crypto companies. - Execute a hybrid sales motion: 50% proactive hunting (cold outreach, events, networking) and 50% inbound/opensource conversion. - Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and ROI storytelling to C‑suite and technical stakeholders. - Navigate multi‑level procurement and long‑cycle sales, steering deals to close within agreed timelines. - Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across Europe, traveling as needed. - Capture and relay customer feedback to product, marketing, and growth teams, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy. - Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM records. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years hunter‑type sales experience with a proven record of closing 6‑figure+ B2B software deals. - Deep understanding of the fintech, payments, or financial institution landscape; existing relationships a must. - Familiarity with fraud, AML, or broader fincrime solutions is a strong advantage. - Experience selling in an open‑source or developer‑first environment highly desirable. - Strong prospecting, objection handling, and negotiation skills. - Self‑starter mindset able to thrive in an early‑stage, fast‑paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages welcomed. - Autonomous, outcome‑driven with minimal micromanagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional, HubSpot Inbound Sales) considered a plus.
