**Job Title**: Marketing Manager (Events & Programs) **Role Summary** Lead and execute all event‑centric marketing activities and support broader marketing initiatives including social media, content, and campaign execution. Coordinate cross‑functional partners (demand generation, product marketing, design, sales, and customer success) to ensure consistent messaging and maximum market impact. **Expectations** - Manage end‑to‑end event planning: logistics, vendor coordination, booth prep, shipping, and onsite support. - Deliver timely event briefs, schedules, post‑event analyses, and follow‑up to feed demand generation. - Produce and schedule short‑form marketing content across social, email, and landing pages. - Provide copy and simple assets for campaigns, collaborate with design on graphics, and maintain a unified brand voice. - Demonstrate proactive ownership, strong organization, and ability to juggle multiple projects without delay. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee presence at industry events (logistics, vendor selection, booth setup, shipping, and onsite support). 2. Create event briefs, timelines, checklists, and post‑event summaries. 3. Support demand generation with coordinated event follow‑ups and campaign execution. 4. Own day‑to‑day social media posting and scheduling. 5. Craft and repurpose short‑form content for social, email, landing pages, and other channels. 6. Collaborate with design to produce event graphics and marketing materials. 7. Ensure consistent messaging across events, social media, and marketing programs. 8. Manage timelines, keep cross‑functional partners aligned, and contribute to broader marketing tasks as needed. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing events (in‑house or agency). - Strong writing skills for short‑form marketing content and social media posts. - Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail. - Capacity to juggle multiple concurrent projects. - Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs. - Strong communication and confidence in cross‑functional collaboration. - Familiarity with B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Professional certifications in event management or marketing (e.g., CMP, PMP, CMO certification) are advantageous but not mandatory.
