**Job Title** Global Marketing & Communications – Junior **Role Summary** Execute and manage the global social media strategy, press monitoring, brand consistency, and website presence for a multinational media network. Act as the day‑to‑day owner of owned digital channels, creating multimedia content, tracking performance, and delivering insights to inform corporate communications and growth initiatives. **Expectations** - Develop and maintain a cohesive global social media calendar aligned with brand priorities. - Produce and publish engaging copy, graphics, and video that reflect the brand voice. - Monitor and report on social media and press coverage, extracting actionable insights. - Ensure all owned digital assets and internal platforms reflect current brand standards. - Support global campaigns and events with integrated social amplification. - Foster collaboration across global teams to position marketing & communications as a strategic partner. **Key Responsibilities** - Own day‑to‑day management of global social media channels: strategy, content creation, copy, publishing, community engagement. - Maintain and update a global social media calendar. - Create multimedia content (copy, graphics, video) for owned channels. - Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize reach and engagement. - Oversee global press monitoring, coverage tracking, and sentiment analysis. - Maintain press tracking dashboards and report to leadership. - Support brand strategy implementation across owned channels; develop brand assets and guidelines. - Serve as the primary website owner, ensuring up‑to‑date content, case studies, and assets. - Manage presence on internal platforms such as Agora. - Collaborate on global campaigns and major events; integrate social and owned channel amplification. - Build and maintain cross‑network relationships to support strategic growth initiatives. **Required Skills** - 2+ years marketing or communications experience (agency experience preferred). - Proficient with social media management and scheduling tools. - Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). - Familiarity with CMS platforms for website updates. - Strategic thinking; ability to align media activities with business goals. - Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset. - Detail‑oriented and adaptable to fast‑paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. - Certifications in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation are a plus.
