Job Description

**Job Title:** Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver brand‑aligned marketing initiatives for a luxury hospitality portfolio. Manage content creation, collateral production, digital touchpoints, and event support while ensuring consistency across all communication channels. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality marketing assets that reflect brand standards. - Coordinate campaigns, newsletters, and digital content in partnership with hotels, restaurants, and events. - Support press visits, media opportunities, and local event activations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce and maintain marketing collateral (print, digital, and signage). - Create, edit, and publish high‑impact copy for newsletters, websites, and social media. - Update local websites with fresh copy and imagery, working with CMS tools. - Coordinate scheduling, design, and printing of marketing materials. - Provide on‑site support for events, festivals, and media engagements. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva. - Strong copywriting, editing, and creative storytelling abilities. - Experience with WordPress (CMS). - Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite). - Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proactive self‑starter with creative flair. - Full UK driving licence and vehicle access. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred. - Professional certifications in digital marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud, or project management are a plus.
