Job Description: Job title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end development of a SaaS property data platform, designing and building scalable front‑end features and type‑safe back‑end APIs, and owning the full delivery cycle from coding to deployment and monitoring. Expactations: Deliver reliable, performant code in a fast‑moving environment, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and take initiative to identify and solve technical challenges. Must be self‑motivated, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain full‑stack features across the application. - Develop responsive, accessible front‑end components with React (Vite) and Tailwind CSS. - Build, test, and document scalable, type‑safe APIs using Node.js, Express, and tRPC. - Model, query, and optimize relational and search data in PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch. - Refactor and tune backend architecture for performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross‑functional discussions. - Deploy and monitor applications, ensuring high availability and prompt issue resolution. Required Skills: - 5+ years of senior software development in SaaS or similar product environment. - Proficient in React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express, tRPC. - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch; experience modeling relational and search‑optimized schemas. - Experience with API design, performance tuning, and deployment pipelines. - Comfortable with end‑to‑end ownership: coding, testing, CI/CD, monitoring. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously. - Prior experience in startup or lean teams; adaptive to changing priorities.
