Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary Lead and grow the premier enterprise client, Apple, by managing all facets of the relationship from account planning to new business development. Serve as the primary liaison across Apple’s decentralized organization, ensuring seamless delivery and revenue growth in technology staffing, RPO, and managed services. Expectations • Drive revenue growth within the Apple account by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, contract negotiation, project kickoff, and post‑sales follow‑up. • Maintain authoritative knowledge of Apple’s organizational structure and stakeholder needs. • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to secure high‑quality hires and rapid response times. • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Own account planning and growth strategy for Apple, targeting expanded scopes of work. 2. Serve as designated point of contact for all Apple initiatives and communications. 3. Oversee SOW and PO contractual processes, ensuring timely and compliant execution. 4. Present capabilities to Apple directors, managers, and stakeholders, positioning solutions strategically. 5. Coordinate with recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client requirements. 6. Utilize CRM to track activities, forecast pipeline, and maintain detailed account records. 7. Negotiate terms, address objections, and close deals while protecting company interests. Required Skills – Minimum 3 years of staff recruitment or business development experience managing large enterprise accounts. – Proven success in technology staffing, RPO, or managed services environments, particularly with Apple. – Strong account management and relationship‑building abilities within complex organizations. – Excellent negotiation, active listening, and communication skills. – Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. – High integrity, accountability, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset. Required Education & Certifications – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. – No specific industry certifications required; advanced sales or staffing certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, Certified Professional Staffing Executive) are a plus.
