Job Title: Senior Software Programmer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable JavaScript/TypeScript products, focusing on React/React Native front‑ends, Node.js back‑ends, and robust API architecture. Own end‑to‑end feature delivery from concept through production, driving clean, modular code and system design excellence. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code that meets architectural standards. - Lead technical decision‑making and articulate design rationale to stakeholders. - Own the full development lifecycle and actively participate in early product direction. - Demonstrate ability to handle AI/ML pipelines, image processing, cloud functions, and high‑volume applications as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement core product features across front‑end and back‑end layers. - Build and maintain React or React Native components and Node.js services. - Architect and scale APIs to support high‑volume traffic and integrate with external systems. - Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, ensuring code reliability. - Collaborate with founders and cross‑functional teams to set product strategy and technical priorities. - Mentor or pair‑program with junior engineers to elevate code quality and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: - 5–8 years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/React Native, and Node.js. - Deep understanding of API design, RESTful/GraphQL patterns, and microservice principles. - Experience with AI/ML pipelines, image processing, cloud functions (AWS, GCP, Azure), and scaling high‑volume applications. - Proven ability in system design, clean architecture, and modular code practices. - Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
