Job Description
Job Title: Key Account Manager (Europe) Role Summary Senior account executive responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key distributors and major retailers across West and South Europe (France & Benelux, DACH, Iberia, Italy). Drives profitable sales, delivers account plans, and aligns with Quad Lock’s omnichannel go‑to‑market strategy while representing the brand at trade events. Expectations * Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts. * Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement. * Travel as required across Europe, operate effectively in a fully remote environment. * Present data‑driven insights to internal stakeholders to inform product and demand planning. Key Responsibilities * Manage end‑to‑end account lifecycle for key European accounts – relationship building, negotiation, forecasting, and order execution. * Develop collaborative account plans with clients and cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Demand Planning). * Introduce core and new product assortments, ensuring optimal product ranging. * Provide quantitative sales feedback and ROI analysis of promotional activities. * Forecast inventory needs and partner with demand planners for accurate demand planning. * Conduct product training for account staff and end‑customers. * Represent the brand at European trade shows and industry events. * Prepare and deliver detailed reporting for sales leadership. Required Skills * Proven experience in high‑impact sales/account management with consistent target achievement. * Demonstrated success managing key accounts and building long‑term partnerships. * Business‑level English and French; German proficiency preferred. * Experience in the motorcycle industry (or related sectors such as cycling, outdoor, action sports, automotive). * Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable plans. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self‑driven, proactive, and able to collaborate across functions. * Remote work proficiency and willingness to travel frequently across Europe. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. * Relevant sales or account management certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, CP&F) preferred.
