Job Description
Job Title: Digital Design Specialist Role Summary: Lead the visual direction and production of digital graphic design for Supercheap Auto Trade across websites, campaigns, promotions, and new initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, customer focus, and high performance. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, accessible digital assets; evolve and uphold style guides; optimize design through data insights; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agencies; maintain rigorous quality checks and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Produce and oversee all digital graphic design for Trade websites, campaigns, and promotions. - Own, update, and enforce digital style guides, templates, and design processes. - Partner with eCommerce, Omni, and Marketing to apply customer insights, CRO opportunities, and campaign performance data to design iterations. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring digital assets to life. - Champion accessibility best practices and user‑experience (UX) principles to enhance customer journeys. - Implement quality assurance procedures, refine design workflows, and ensure consistent, high‑standard output. Required Skills: - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe XD (essential). - Strong digital design fundamentals, including accessibility best practices. - Understanding of UX design principles and current design trends. - Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and agencies. - Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities. - Detail‑driven, proactive mindset with ownership of design quality. - Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (advantageous). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or UX design preferred.
