Job Description: Job Title: Sales Development Representative Role Summary: Generate new business by conducting outbound prospecting, converting leads into qualified opportunities, and scheduling appointments for field sales representatives. Provide insights for client meetings and support onboarding of new clients using HubSpot. Expectations: - Achieve a daily call volume of at least 50 calls. - Convert a high volume of outreach into qualified appointments. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date lead records in HubSpot. - Demonstrate resilience and strong time‑management while handling warm and cold outreach. - Show genuine passion for sales and a goal‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach channels. - Convert prospect leads into qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings for field representatives. - Profile opportunities by identifying client needs and preparing relevant insights for sales meetings. - Manage lead handovers and maintain data integrity within HubSpot. - Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless transition to course delivery. Required Skills: - Prior outbound sales, telesales, or appointment‑setting experience. - Ability to meet high daily call volume targets (minimum 50 calls/day). - Proficient use of CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot. - Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling skills. - Goal‑driven, resilient, and highly motivated attitude. - Passion for sales and ambition to build a successful career in the field.
