Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive – Matterport Role Summary: Drive new business and expand existing key accounts for Matterport’s SaaS and services portfolio across France and/or EMEA. Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing multi‑year contracts, using value‑based selling and MEDDPICC methodology. Expectations: - Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly quota for SaaS and services revenue. - Generate ≥50 % of pipeline independently through prospecting and outbound outreach. - Deliver 10–12 client meetings per week, including virtual and on‑site demos with Matterport Pro 3D hardware. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a territory pipeline, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. - Conduct commercial and technical presentations and demos to mid‑market and enterprise prospects. - Collaborate with Services, Customer Success, Support, and Pre‑Sales teams to ensure seamless hand‑off and customer journey. - Participate in regional events, trade shows, and client meetings to build relationships and generate leads. - Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in SFDC, Groove, Highspot, and LinkedIn. - Create and present sales materials and proposals to prospects and internal stakeholders. Required Skills: - 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing multi‑year contracts. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (ACV/SaaS). - Expertise in value‑based selling, ROI articulation, and MEDDPICC framework. - Strong pipeline building and closing ability (4–9 month cycle). - Experience selling SaaS to commercial real estate, facility management, construction, hospitality, or related sectors. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and French. - Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and professional demeanor. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Licence or equivalent) from a recognized university. - No specific industry certifications required.
