Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Part‑Time Contract) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end digital demand generation for a B2B retail technology platform. Design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, paid search) while owning the website, ABM strategy, and MarTech stack to convert clicks into qualified leads. Expactations: - Deliver measurable growth in qualified leads and pipeline velocity. - Maintain campaign performance and website UX improvements on a weekly cadence. - Drive continuous testing, optimisation and data‑driven storytelling to inform strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and launch creative, high‑impact digital campaigns across email, social media and paid search. - Manage and grow ABM initiatives using tools like 6sense to identify and engage target accounts. - Oversee WordPress website updates, content creation, and CRO activities to enhance user journey. - Analyse campaign metrics and website analytics; produce insights reports linking marketing actions to business outcomes. - Administer and integrate MarTech tools including marketing automation, Salesforce, Jira, Google Analytics, and related platforms. - Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive, multi‑department campaigns. - Maintain accurate project timelines, budgets, and deliverable status. Required Skills: - 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a proven portfolio of multi‑channel campaigns. - Expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, ABM, and performance measurement. - Proficient with WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Jira, and similar MarTech tools. - Strong analytical ability; translate data into actionable marketing insights. - Excellent project management, communication, and detail orientation. - Creative mindset with a proven ability to test, iterate, and optimise campaigns. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certification in Google Analytics, a marketing automation platform, or ABM tools is desirable.
