Job Description
**Job Title:** Commercial and Marketing Director **Role Summary:** Lead global commercial and marketing strategy for XOPS, driving adoption in major airports, airlines, and service providers while managing cross‑functional sales and marketing teams across France and international markets. **Expectations:** - Achieve targeted revenue growth and market expansion for XOPS. - Strengthen brand presence at key industry events and through digital initiatives. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with integrators, suppliers, and airport authorities. - Deliver data‑driven insights to adapt offerings to market trends such as digitisation, sustainability, and security. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute global sales and marketing plans aligned with Alvest objectives. - Grow and retain a portfolio of airport, airline, and ancillary service clients. - Manage and mentor international sales and marketing teams; set performance metrics. - Identify and secure strategic partnerships with sector stakeholders. - Represent XOPS at international trade shows (Passenger Terminal Expo, ACI World, etc.). - Analyse airport market trends, adjusting product positioning and messaging. - Optimise CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing channels to generate qualified leads. - Collaborate with product, technical, and service teams to align offerings with customer needs. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and marketing experience in airport technology, industrial software, or related sectors. - Proven leadership of multicultural, international teams. - Strategic thinking with project management of complex, technical initiatives. - Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and inbound/content/digital marketing expertise. - Fluency in French and English; additional language a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Results‑driven, dynamic, resilient, and collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or CRM (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Hub).
