Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Full‑Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and scaling of a core platform that integrates AI/LLM services. Manage end‑to‑end backend and frontend delivery, mentor junior staff, and evolve engineering practices while preparing for a future lead position. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code with ownership of feature lifecycles. - Transition into a lead engineering role, driving team growth and technical direction. - Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment, balancing rapid iteration with reliable architecture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and scale core platform features across Node.js backend and React frontend. - Integrate AI/LLM‑powered services and external APIs into the product. - Own, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure (networking, container orchestration, databases, monitoring). - Mentor and coach junior engineers, facilitating knowledge sharing and code quality. - Contribute to engineering culture, establishing best practices, tooling, and process improvements. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in Node.js and React; deep understanding of backend architecture. - Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM). - Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and API consumption. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
