Job Description
**Job title** Learning and Development Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning and Development team, managing training events, data, and reporting to ensure staff, social workers and care workers meet professional standards and legislative requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, timely administrative records for training and qualification activities. - Maintain and update training databases and produce statistical reports. - Support programme compliance with government legislation, regulations and inspection requirements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including external training providers and internal staff. - Work autonomously while prioritising tasks under pressure and maintaining professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Administer, record and report on all training events. 2. Manage, organise and update training data across Microsoft Office and in‑house databases. 3. Generate statistical information on training delivery, uptake and outcomes. 4. Research and liaise with external training providers, venues, and caterers. 5. Ensure training programmes align with government legislation, regulations, standards and Inspecting Body expectations. 6.
