**Job Title** Health Systems Account Executive – RWS **Role Summary** Manages and expands relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to execute strategic initiatives, negotiate and renew contracts, run contract roll-out plans, and conduct business reviews. Coordinates cross‑functional teams, tracks adoption metrics, and supports contract administration to maximize utilization and customer satisfaction. **Expactations** - Drive revenue growth and contract uptake within assigned IDNs. - Maintain high levels of compliance and operational excellence in contract management. - Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to senior leadership. - Operate independently while collaborating with field sales, contracts, and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Relationship Management** – Serve as senior liaison with IDN leadership, support negotiation, renewal, and day‑to‑day communication. 2. **Business Planning & Market Insights** – Deliver strategy support, monitor market trends, M&A activity, and share insights with sales leaders and the Health Systems Director. 3. **Contract Execution** – Lead roll‑out activities: coordinate internal communication, train field sales, schedule alignment meetings, and track deployment metrics. 4. **Business Reviews** – Conduct formal reviews to align expectations, identify upsell opportunities, and document status and action items. 5. **Contract Management** – Work with Contracts & Sales Administration on pricing changes, discrepancies, extensions, and amendments. **Required Skills** - Negotiation & pricing strategy - Business acumen in healthcare supply‑chain and IDN environments - Relationship management with C‑suite and finance stakeholders - Consultative sales, value‑based persuasion - Independent, proactive self‑starter - Influencing without authority, solution‑oriented conflict resolution - Clear verbal and written communication with healthcare professionals **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in any field - Minimum 5 years sales experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices targeting major accounts and supply‑chain executives - Minimum 2 years corporate account development within GPO/IDN/RPC healthcare settings - Valid driver’s license - Preferred: 2 years sales experience in biotech, life sciences, or wound‑product markets; no specific certifications required.
