Job Description
**Job title** Director of Sales – Rental Campuses and Outreach **Role Summary** Lead all sales operations for Goodwin Living’s rental campuses and management agreements, driving occupancy growth, pipeline development, and referral relationships. Oversee a high‑performing sales team, develop commission structures, execute marketing strategies, and maintain strong partnerships with community leaders and referral sources. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual occupancy targets for all rental campuses. - Establish Goodwin Living as the preferred senior living partner for referral sources statewide. - Optimize CRM usage to improve lead conversion, pipeline visibility, and revenue predictability. - Deliver data‑driven insights on market, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Direct daily sales operations for rental and management‑service campuses. - Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff; design incentive plans. - Create “list” management programs to nurture prospects through to residency. - Manage and grow referral relations program; analyze and refine partner engagement. - Collaborate with VP of Sales and CMO to align sales and marketing vision. - Conduct regular team meetings, client outreach, and stakeholder communications. - Lead event sponsorship, trade show participation, and community partnership initiatives. - Provide contract, financial, and insurance guidance to prospects and internal teams. - Produce and present analytics reports on occupancy, pipeline, and revenue opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven senior sales leadership in community or senior‑living environment. - Strong knowledge of rental and management‑service leasing, pricing, and contracts. - Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics for sales forecasting. - Talent in building and sustaining referral networks and stakeholder relationships. - Excellent communication, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into sales actions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Sales or real‑estate licensing (if applicable). ---
