Job Title: Senior EAO Analyst
Role Summary: Owns and drives Enterprise Architecture & Optimization (EAO) initiatives from development to execution, ensuring functional alignment, data integrity, and stakeholder coordination.
Expectations: Deliver timely and accurate governance, reporting, and training to sustain high‑performance cross‑functional execution of enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EAO processes, develop plans, timelines, governance, and scope documents.
- Manage EAO meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, moderate discussions.
- Gather, analyze, and report on portfolio execution data; identify gaps, risks, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor resource allocation, resolve contention, and facilitate stakeholder resolution meetings.
- Administer Wave tool as central data repository; ensure pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, and weekly review readiness.
- Develop business requirements and collaborate with IT on Wave upgrades and changes.
- Provide financial and metric inputs, upload actual impacts, track initiatives, and flag discrepancies.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental communication, disseminate status updates, and manage external partner interactions.
- Create and deliver EAO process and Wave user training; host office hours and troubleshoot usage issues.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong project and portfolio management expertise (Gantt, milestones, deliverables).
- Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Wave, ERP, BI platforms).
- Analytical skills: pattern recognition, risk assessment, and actionable reporting.
- Effective facilitation, moderation, and interpersonal communication.
- Stakeholder management across senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Training development and delivery experience.
- Problem‑solving orientation and meticulous attention to data quality.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise portfolio/EAO, project, or operational management.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
