Job Description
**Job Title**: Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead sales, service, and technical support for distributors and end‑users across the Southeast territory. Develop and execute territory sales strategies, foster customer relationships, and achieve sales and budget targets. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales and expense budget goals. - Maintain profit margins within company guidelines. - Provide timely resolution of customer requests and proposals. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement territory sales plans. - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and competitive positioning. - Create customized proposals and manage the proposal pipeline. - Track and report daily sales activity; summarize monthly proposals won, pending, and lost. - Manage and update customer files in CRM; act as SME for sales tools. - Collaborate with internal sales, service, and marketing teams to support demand‑generation and e‑commerce initiatives. - Travel to customer sites as needed to meet sales goals. - Train and grow the distribution base within the territory. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities. - Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Technical understanding of sealing products or the ability to acquire product knowledge quickly. - Customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply‑chain dynamics. - Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; capable of becoming a CRM SME. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Sales or industry‑specific certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person).
