Job Description

**Job Title** Web Developer **Role Summary** Create, maintain, and enhance web applications using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies. Deliver responsive, user‑friendly interfaces, perform system migrations, and manage database operations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** - Continuous improvement of existing web platforms. - Collaboration with designers, product managers, and DevOps for feature delivery. - Adherence to coding standards, performance optimisation, and security best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement responsive HTML5/CSS3 interfaces. - Develop dynamic client‑side features with JavaScript and jQuery. - Build and maintain server‑side components in C# .NET Core. - Integrate and extend PHP modules when required. - Migrate websites to new servers and test in isolated environments. - Create, modify, and optimise MySQL databases. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance, compatibility, and functional issues. - Write clear documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, & jQuery. - 3+ years experience with C# .NET Core (including ASP.NET Core). - Intermediate proficiency in PHP. - Solid experience with MySQL database design and maintenance. - Proven ability to migrate and test web sites across servers. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross‑browser compatibility. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer) preferred but not mandatory.
