Job Description
**Job title** Security Engineer Analyst **Role Summary** The Security Engineer Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable security frameworks, managing periodic recertification campaigns, and ensuring ongoing governance and compliance across the organization. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders, analysis of access controls, automation of security processes, and delivery of detailed reporting and trend analysis to support continuous improvement and incident response initiatives. **Expactations** - Deliver effective security governance and compliance in a fast‑moving IT environment. - Provide proactive analysis and reporting to identify and mitigate access risks. - Automate and streamline security workflows to increase operational efficiency. - Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in both English and French. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain scalable, standardized security frameworks and governance models. - Plan, coordinate, and execute recurring recertification campaigns in accordance with global processes. - Analyze current account states and oversee the lifecycle of security requests via SILVA / ServiceNow. - Support change management initiatives and maintain accurate documentation. - Conduct continuous improvement activities to enhance security posture. - Produce daily/weekly monitoring reports for CyberArk access controls. - Compile weekly recertification reports and contribute to the monthly security incident dashboard. - Provide monthly trend analyses of service level metrics to inform decision‑making. **Required Skills** - Technical expertise in account management, Active Directory, and security toolsets. - Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements relevant to IT security. - Experience administering SharePoint and configuring workflows with Power Automate. - Advanced scripting (PowerShell) for SharePoint automation. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or comparable data‑analysis tools. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in both English and French. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent to Bac+4/5). - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in information security, risk management, audit, or IT systems. - ISO 27001 (or equivalent) security certification highly desirable. - ITIL v3 Foundation certification required.
