Job Description
**Job Title**: Repo Trading Analyst **Role Summary**: Support treasury operations by executing and managing daily repo trades, optimizing liquidity, and forecasting cash requirements, while monitoring counterparty risk and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. **Expectations**: - 2–3 years of professional experience in fixed‑income financing, repo trading, treasury operations, or cash management. - Professional use of Python or VBA in a financial context (excluding internships/projects). - Strong Microsoft Excel skills, high accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to perform under tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**: - Identify, execute, and manage repo trades across the fixed‑income product portfolio. - Forecast daily cash needs and maintain target balance levels. - Build and maintain relationships with broker/dealer partners. - Monitor counterparty exposure, funding market conditions, and corporate actions. - Coordinate trade calculations and settlement with internal teams and counterparties. - Communicate funding, market, and counterparty developments to traders, portfolio managers, and analysts. **Required Skills**: - Fixed‑income product knowledge and repo trading mechanics. - Proficiency in Python or VBA for automation and data analysis. - Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA). - Analytical mindset with strong quantitative abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. - No additional certifications required.
