Job Description
**Job Title** IT & Lab Systems Support Analyst **Role Summary** Provide 2nd‑level IT support for laboratory computerised systems within a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment. Manage incidents through ServiceNow, maintain system configuration, user access, and hardware/software records, and ensure compliance with data integrity and GMP standards. **Expectations** - Deliver responsive, high‑quality support for laboratory IT systems. - Maintain documentation and asset records in compliance with GMP and data‑integrity rules. - Collaborate with vendors for escalation to 3rd level support. - Contribute to system lifecycle processes: staging, review, and decommissioning. **Key Responsibilities** - Resolve user incidents & service requests via ServiceNow. - Configure & manage user access in Active Directory for lab applications. - Administer Windows 10/11 endpoints, including SCCM deployments. - Perform system lifecycle tasks: staging new systems, periodic reviews, decommissioning legacy systems. - Record and audit all hardware and software assets. - Produce and update detailed documentation in line with GMP and data‑integrity requirements. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience. - Proficient use of ServiceNow for incident & request management. - Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and Active Directory. - Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). - Understanding of basic network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Excellent command of English (C1 level or equivalent). - Structured, detail‑oriented, and documentation‑focused work approach. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator) are advantageous. ---
