Job Description
**Job title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Accountable for managing success of 5‑10 large, multinational client accounts in the Hypergrowth segment. Drives customer adoption, retention, and expansion by acting as advisor, data analyst, and liaison between client and multidisciplinary internal teams. **Expectations:** - Sustain high customer satisfaction and achieve predefined Net Promoter Score or similar metrics. - Deliver measurable impact on clients’ business objectives, demonstrated through ROI, utilization, or ROI metrics. - Identify and execute upsell/cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client road‑maps. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, establishing trust with Managers, Directors and C‑level stakeholders. - Understand client business, operational and technical challenges; map these to Attensi product capabilities. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to co‑create proposals, solution road‑maps, and content plans. - Oversee implementation, launch and ongoing usage of Attensi solutions; coordinate launch communication plans. - Conduct data‑driven review meetings; translate performance metrics into actionable insights. - Create evaluation reports demonstrating ROI and impact aligned with client goals. - Translate client requirements into product feature requests and collaborate with Technical and Product teams. - Provide clear explanations of technology, integrations and frameworks to non‑technical stakeholders. - Drive retention, renewal, and expansion activities within the portfolio. **Required Skills:** - Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Analytical mindset: data interpretation, metrics tracking, insight generation. - Excellent communication (written & verbal) for technical and executive audiences. - Ability to synthesize complex problems and propose actionable strategies. - Proactive and resilient attitude; comfortable navigating ambiguity. - Experience in B2B SaaS or training/learning solutions highly desirable. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or comparable field. - Certifications in Customer Success (CSM, CCDP) or related disciplines a plus.
