Responsibilities cover user research, prioritisation, design, specification, delivery coordination, QA, documentation and post‑launch impact measurement, all while maintaining a focus on product simplicity. **Expectations** * Deliver rapid, data‑driven decisions that drive user value. * Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to synchronise the roadmap with business goals. * Produce clear, actionable design mock‑ups and specifications that can be implemented instantly. * Engage with users through interviews and usability tests to surface pain points and iterate quickly. * Maintain a clean backlog, track decisions, and communicate context across teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct qualitative user interviews and usability tests on prototypes or live features. 2.
