Responsibilities cover user research, prioritisation, design, specification, delivery coordination, QA, documentation and post‑launch impact measurement, all while maintaining a focus on product simplicity. **Expectations** * Deliver rapid, data‑driven decisions that drive user value. * Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to synchronise the roadmap with business goals. * Produce clear, actionable design mock‑ups and specifications that can be implemented instantly. * Engage with users through interviews and usability tests to surface pain points and iterate quickly. * Maintain a clean backlog, track decisions, and communicate context across teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct qualitative user interviews and usability tests on prototypes or live features. 2. Analyse usage data and feedback to challenge and optimise key journey flows (onboarding, booking, daily management). 3. Prioritise enhancements pragmatically, balancing user impact and strategic alignment. 4. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to keep the roadmap aligned with company objectives. 5. Manage and update the product backlog, documenting decisions and rationale. 6. Draft concise functional specifications coupled with Figma mock‑ups for engineering. 7.
