**Job title:** Senior Social Media Performance Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and execute data‑driven paid social media campaigns for B2B and B2C accounts across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Own strategy, creative briefing, ad build, community management, and performance reporting, delivering measurable ROIs and growing brand communities. **Expectations:** - Independent ownership of campaign strategy and execution in a fast‑paced, early‑stage agency environment. - Demonstrated ability to generate measurable returns and scale social accounts with high quality, original content. - Strong communication with clients, creative team and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - 40‑50 % campaign strategy & planning: develop multi‑channel paid media plans, set objectives, outline creative angles, and set budgets. - 30‑35 % paid media execution: build, launch, optimize and manage ads on TikTok, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest; adjust targeting, budgets and creatives to lower CPA and maximize ROI. - 10‑15 % creative & copy briefing: write social‑first copy, brief creators/graphic/video producers, script and edit UGC‑style videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Figma. - 7‑10 % community & channel management: monitor engagement, moderate comments, and nurture paid brand communities. - 5 % reporting: compile performance dashboards, analyze insights, and present results to clients and founders. - 5‑7 % client liaison: conduct briefings, status meetings, and review sessions, maintaining clear communication on deliverables and expectations. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years of agency experience managing paid social media campaigns for diverse clients. - Deep proficiency with TikTok, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads and related revenue‑generation tools (TikTok Seller Center, Facebook Ads Library, Google Analytics, Google Trends). - Advanced copywriting for conversion‑focused social posts; ability to write multiple brand voices. - Strong understanding of UGC and short‑form video best practices, including briefing, editing and parent‑model compliance. - Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills; experience with reporting tools and dashboards. - Excellent organization, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a high‑velocity, resource‑tight environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. - Paid‑social certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) considered a plus.
