Job Description
Job title: AI Enablement Engineer Role Summary: Equip engineering teams with Cognition’s AI software agent, Devin, by designing, delivering, and scaling training experiences. Serve as a technical consultant who guides customers through installation, configuration, and optimization while teaching product use. Expectations: - Actively engage with enterprise engineering teams through workshops, pair‑programming, and one‑on‑one sessions. - Drive adoption of Devin and associated tools (DeepWiki, MCP, etc.) and identify high‑ROI workflows across multiple engineering functions. - Create repeatable playbooks, digital learning content, and partner‑driven enablement models to productize the enablement function. - Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to refine onboarding, feature feedback, and scaling strategies. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and measurable impact on team productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Lead live workshops and pair‑programming sessions for enterprise engineering teams. • Guide customers through installation, configuration, and performance tuning of Devin and related tooling. • Coach engineers of varying skill levels in building, debugging, and automating projects with Devin. • Identify and document high‑value use cases for Devin across engineering, QA, support, data, and product functions. • Develop enablement artifacts: best‑practice guides, playbooks, tutorials, and digital learning modules. • Partner with Engagement Managers to convert individual success stories into scalable training programs. • Work with Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into product roadmap and feature releases. • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness, iterating processes for continuous improvement. Required Skills: • 3+ years of software engineering or technical consulting experience. • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (or equivalent). • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. • Proven experience in leading technical workshops, onboarding programs, or developer enablement initiatives. • Experience deploying or integrating LLM/agent‑based systems in production environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer‑service oriented mindset. • Rapid learning adaptability and self‑direction. • Familiarity with DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containerization) preferred. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field, or relevant equivalent experience. • No mandatory certifications; LLM or AI platform certifications are a plus.
