**Job Title:** Executive Assistant to the Directors
**Role Summary:**
Provide high‑level, confidential administrative and operational support to two consultant psychiatrists who serve as company directors. Manage complex diaries, coordinate specialized clinical workflows, support business projects, and act as the primary liaison between the directors and internal/external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Executive & Diary Management** – Oversee dynamic calendars for both directors, schedule clinical commitments, protected focus time, meetings, and travel. Prepare briefing packs, meeting papers, and presentations. Take and circulate minutes, track action items, and ensure follow‑through. Draft, review, and proofread correspondence.
2. **Clinical Coordination** – Act as the central administrative anchor for the directors’ clinical lists. Manage end‑to‑end patient journey, ensuring timely preparation of assessment letters, GP summaries, treatment plans, medication documentation, and controlled‑drug records. Coordinate multi‑agency liaison and crisis management. Monitor governance pathways (ADHD, general psychiatry, children/young people) and resolve emerging risks. Communicate with patients in a warm, professional, and bounded manner.
3. **Business & Project Support** – Assist with clinical, operational, and business projects (service improvement, IT, governance, data analytics). Draft and maintain project documentation, templates, and process improvements.
4. **Communication & Liaison** – Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the directors. Build collaborative relationships with clinicians, secretaries, and management to facilitate efficient information flow. Ensure all correspondence reflects high professional standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced calendar and scheduling management.
- High‑level executive support and time‑management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; drafting high‑level correspondence.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Health Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a medical or mental‑health environment.
- Certification such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Executive Assistant certification is advantageous.
