Job Description
Job title: New Vehicle Commercial Advisor – CUPRA (M/F) Role Summary: Sales professional responsible for achieving monthly new vehicle sales targets for CUPRA, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing the entire sales workflow from lead generation to vehicle delivery. Expactations: - Deliver consistent sales volumes and meet or exceed set targets. - Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and professional presentation. - Adhere strictly to all legal, safety, and manufacturer standards throughout the sales process. - Collaborate effectively with the vehicle sales manager and other dealership departments. Key Responsibilities: - Update commercial pricing and maintain accurate documentation for clients. - Operate and refresh customer and prospect databases (DMS) and e‑business tools. - Prepare vehicle sales dossiers and ensure compliance with delivery and warranty procedures. - Engage customers through product presentations, test‑drive arrangements, and effective negotiation. - Conduct post‑sales follow‑up, relay customer feedback, and maintain contact for future opportunities. - Participate in monthly reporting and evaluation meetings. - Support the sales team with marketing and promotional activities as directed. Required Skills: - Proven sales experience in automotive, preferably new vehicle sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple prospects while maintaining data integrity. - Proficiency with DMS, CRM, and basic e‑commerce sales tools. - Knowledge of financing products and commercial pricing structures. - Self‑motivated with a proactive, customer‑centric attitude. - High level of organization and a keen eye for detail. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent (minimum). - Commercial or automotive sales training preferred. - Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
