After many years of optimizing the talent management process as an HR Executive, Jessica's passion for recruitment led her to step out on her own and create a new boutique recruitment agency, Hire Mint.  With over 10 years of progressive recruitment and human resources experience in the retail and fashion industry, Jessica created Hire Mint with the sole purpose of providing a simple, frictionless process that helps retail, design and financial services organizations overcome an increasingly competitive talent landscape. **Job Title:** Marketing and Creative Specialist **Role Summary:** Create and deliver high‑impact sales decks, market‑enable collateral, motion graphics, and data visualizations for out‑of‑home media campaigns. Bridge sales, research, and media teams to craft compelling storytelling that wins advertiser business and strengthens brand presence. **Expactations:** - Produce polished, on‑brand materials under tight deadlines. - Translate research, analytics, and campaign performance into persuasive visuals. - Demonstrate agency‑level agility: anticipate needs, adapt quickly, exceed expectations. - Maintain consistent brand voice across all deliverables. - Deliver ready‑to‑present assets for client and executive use. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design sales decks, case studies, and marketing collateral. - Develop motion graphics, sizzle reels, and immersive mock‑ups using Adobe After Effects. - Visualize audience data, campaign analytics, and performance metrics into clear, compelling stories. - Support event marketing, trade show activations, and social content to keep the brand top‑of‑mind. - Collaborate closely with sales, research, and media teams to align creative output with strategy. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of marketing/design experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment. - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. - Ability to turn research and analytics into visual storytelling. - Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepting, data storytelling, and motion design. - Excellent multitasking, deadline management, and quality assurance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. - Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) credentials desirable.
