**Job title**: Product Designer **Role Summary**: Design end‑to‑end product experiences for an AI‑driven SaaS platform, translating user research into clean, polished interfaces and collaborating with engineering and visual design teams to deliver high‑quality releases. **Expectations**: - Own feature design from research to production. - Deliver low‑fi sketches, clickable prototypes, and high‑fi mockups. - Maintain and grow the design system. - Use analytics and feedback to iterate shipped features. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and create problem statements, user flows, and prioritized opportunities. - Produce design deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, mockups) for both web and mobile. - Collaborate with visual designers to refine layouts, states, and specifications. - Coordinate handoffs to engineers, participate in build and pre‑launch reviews. - Document design rationale and consistent patterns for cross‑functional alignment. - Continuously improve UX by simplifying workflows and enhancing interaction quality. **Required Skills**: - 3–5 years of product design experience in SaaS or fast‑paced startup context. - Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred). - Strong end‑to‑end design process, from problem identification to solution trade‑offs. - Detail‑oriented with focus on polish, consistency, and usability. - System thinking to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. - Excellent communication and time‑management; ability to execute cleanly. - Curiosity about AI and data‑driven products; willingness to learn technical underpinnings. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
