**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Manage and optimize pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns and SEO initiatives for clients, delivering data‑driven insights and actionable results across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads platforms. **Expectations:** - Consistently enhance campaign performance to meet or exceed client goals. - Maintain campaign budgets and ROI targets. - Collaborate with a remote digital marketing team to deliver cohesive advertising strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads. - Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and run A/B tests. - Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI. - Track and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). - Coordinate SEO activities, including on‑page and off‑page optimization, and assess impact on overall performance. - Produce regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. - Communicate campaign updates, results, and strategic recommendations to clients and team members. - Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC management (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads) and preferably SEO. - Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimization. - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and comparable platforms. - Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and detail‑orientation. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross‑functional team environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (equivalent practical experience acceptable). - Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, Meta Certified Marketing Professional, or similar credentials are preferred.
