Job Description

Job title: Social Media Executive Role Summary: Manage and create engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms; develop and execute content strategies; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; measure and report on campaign performance. Expectations: Produce high‑quality written and visual content; adapt creativity into practical, on‑time deliverables; work autonomously within agreed strategic direction; continuously learn platform trends; ensure brand consistency and social impact messaging. Key Responsibilities: • Own content calendars and publication schedules for all social media channels. • Generate and curate original content (copy, images, short videos) aligned with brand objectives. • Edit videos and graphics using basic Adobe Creative Suite tools. • Track key metrics, analyze insights, and report on ROI and engagement trends. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of TikTok and Instagram best practices. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader initiatives. Required Skills: • Proven experience managing content for social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram. • Strong written communication and storytelling ability. • Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects). • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize content. • Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas. • Self‑motivated, able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred). • Certifications in social media strategy or digital marketing (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, or equivalent) are an advantage.
