**Role Summary**
Senior executive advisor responsible for converting the CEO’s strategic agenda into executable initiatives. Acts as a cross‑functional catalyst, managing high‑impact projects, M&A activity, partnership development, and operational excellence while providing data‑driven insights to the executive team and board.
**Expectations**

- Operate with full ownership, proactively anticipating roadblocks and driving resolution.

- Provide candid, executive‑level communication and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead execution of the CEO’s top‑priority initiatives, establishing accountability and KPIs.
- Own multiple high‑stakes projects: develop, optimize, and sustain processes and products.
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities, conduct rigorous analysis, and build business cases.
- Spearhead key company thrusts: product launches, market expansion, and operational transformation.
- Support M&A lifecycle: target identification, due diligence, deal execution, and post‑merger integration.
- Drive business development, evaluate partnerships, negotiate terms, and manage commercial relationships.
- Design and refine scalable operations, removing bottlenecks and improving decision‑making speed.
- Craft compelling narratives for boards, investors, and external stakeholders (presentations, reports, communications).
- Act as liaison across functions, aligning cross‑departmental teams, and facilitating collaboration.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic thinking and analytical rigor; ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive messages.
- Proven project management in high‑stakes environments with measurable outcomes.
- M&A and business development experience (targeting, due diligence, negotiations).

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum 4 years of experience at a top‑tier investment bank, management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.), private equity fund, or equivalent elite institution.
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field).
- Experience working directly with a CEO or C‑suite and familiarity with fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is a plus.
