Job Description: Job title: Full‑Stack Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy core features for the SmartOp SaaS platform, collaborating with product, data, and design teams to enhance performance, security, and user experience. Expectations: Deliver scalable, high‑quality code in a collaborative environment; actively participate in technical decision‑making, code reviews, and agile ceremonies; continuously refine processes and architecture for optimal performance and security. Key Responsibilities: - Build front‑end components and services in Angular 19. - Create, maintain, and expose back‑end APIs using Node.js (NestJS/Express). - Design and optimize MongoDB aggregations for dashboards and statistical exports. - Translate user requirements into reliable, user‑friendly workflows in partnership with Product Designer and Product Manager. - Engage in code reviews, grooming, retrospectives, and other team rituals to uphold code quality and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: - 3+ years of full‑stack JavaScript/TypeScript development for complex SaaS or web products. - Proven expertise in Angular and a back‑end framework (NestJS, Express). - Strong understanding of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB. - Experience designing RESTful APIs with performance and security considerations. - Solid coding discipline, team collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement. - Bonus: knowledge of Flutter, CI/CD pipelines, or healthcare‑specific development practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent professional experience acceptable).
